  So i left a card in the atm machine there by mistake. I called a few hours later after i realized i didnt have the card there to see if by any chance someone turned it in which somebody did thank god. I tell the lady i spoke with on the phone that i would be there to pick it up the next morning and she told me it would be there. So i go there the next morning to retrieve the card and the lady that i dealt with told me she was sorry and she couldnt find the card anywhere. Understandably i got a little worried and told her the lady i spoke with on the phone with the night before told me they had the card and i can come in and pick it up so where is the card it has to be here? Then she told me again and pretended to look through 2 drawers under the cash registers and told me it wasnt there. So at that point i told her im calling her boss to try to get to the bottom of this because its ridiculous that im told the cards there by someone then i go in and its not there. So i did what i told and called the store and asked to speak to a manager. This woman turned out to be the one that told me she couldnt find the card anywhere and she hung up on me instantly. So at this point understandably, im trying to not show that i have anger building up in me and call the store back. This time i get a male manager who told me maybe the person i spoke with that had the card had it put away somewhere and didnt let anyone know and when that person gets in to work he would try to get to the bottom of the situation. This dissapoints me because this has been my go to store for all of my groceries in the 3 years ive been living here in California so far. Looks like i will be going to the baseline location from now on sorry to say.

  best place to buy your cakes delicious yummy. i recommend to order a day or two before. the store is Always well stocked and well kept. eveyone is pretty helpful
